There was something else that happened today and it makes me feel like my job is worth it and appreciated, one of the Duty Trekkers, (Maj Corker from 1RGR) actually made the effort to come and say thank you for the hard work that I had put into his programme for his visit to Nepal. It’s not often anyone does that but when they do it is appreciated on my part.

DAY 91 (Tuesday 18 Octobe 2011)
Today I got a letter from my friend Vikki and she placed a little surprise inside the envelope for me, it was a little wristband with Snoopy on as the charm. I have put it on and wear it everyday, however, on 31 October we are going into uniform and I am not supposed to wear it, but I can hide it under my sleeve so no one will see it.
