DAY 105 (Tuesday 01 November 2011)

PT was a swimming session as it was the first Tuesday of the month, however, I did not have faith in the outdoor pool being warm like it normally is, especially when someone gets in before you and gives a little aarrgghh because the pool is colder than normal, we soon warmed up though, the pool wasn’t full like normal either, probably because the rest of the PT group had sense and went to the gym instead.
