Today......all I really did today was go on a bike ride with Charlie and BK as no one else turned up, after last week I shall be surprised if Marion comes with us again, Cath probably didn’t make it because Jim was still up EVEREST as he had just completed the EVEREST MARATHON the day before and isn’t due to get back to camp until Monday. The route that we did today was to the start of the HATTIBAN walk, which incidentally we will be going to tomorrow to do our little walk to CHAMPA DEVI when Maj Gen Dicky Davis gets here, it’s a sort of welcome walk to NEPAL, even though whilst he is here he will be doing a couple days trek in the West of NEPAL.
After getting back from the bike ride and doing the usual stuff, I actually decided to make a batch of cookies using a recipe from Nigella Lawson, all I am going to say is that I shall most definitely be making these again and will probably have to pass the recipe over to my friend Frankie as she loves baking cookies, trust me Frankie, you will like these.
